Vacations are a mixed bag. You get to experience the beauty of a new place and relax like you cannot in your day-to-day, but the food is always fast or elegant, rarely ever prepared by yourself. I gained a few lbs back, but I am back on my scheduled regimen starting today and things should return to before-vacation status before long.
