I'm seeing a physical change in my waist, my clothes are sitting better; my jeans no longer do the annoying roll thing at my waist when i move (IYKYK), and my tops aren't clinging and making me look 18 months pregant. It's the unexpected changes like these that I'm using for a bit of extra motivation right now. Anyone else have an unexpected change they want to share? 💚

awesome results! I had the same changes as you, which is truly rewarding. my extra noticable changes- no more sweating around the neck aka no more chin layers woohoo best yet...no pressure on my bladder which means no more leakages 💪and stopped buying panty liners 9 months ago...saving money 🤑 bonus!!!

My thighs used to get stuck together and be get all sweaty at night while I slept. Now they don't, but I can feel my knees touching now, feels strange!
