Happy freezing Monday! Is it really Monday?!? I am in a fog of days lately. I don't know what day it is and November seems to be on fast forward. Can you believe next week is Thanksgiving?? I am really hoping I can control my eating during these holidays. I survived Halloween candy.... now its potatoes and stuffing calling.
In the past I was able to actually lose weight during the holidays because I'd run to a tropical island where they don't celebrate thanksgiving lolll. But now since covid, I seem to eat more emotionally on the holidays. Hopefully, this year will be better since I will be with family back home so I will still be "away". Away seems to be key to my eating.
In case I dont check in next week, HAPPY TURKEY DAY EVERYONE!!
