I seem to have lost 3 lbs in 2 days. It could just be water weight since my salt intake is probably cut way down. Its amazing how much salt is in fast food. I feel so much better. I don't miss the mcdonalds or fast food at all. We did go eat at the Westside drive-in but I still tried to eat somewhat healthy. I don't want to feel totally deprived so Matt and I still go out to eat once a week. Its really nice being able to come home and eat a healthy lunch. i don't miss my 30 min commute at all...lol.
