Also It's been recommended to weigh at the same time of day each time to avoid fluctuations due to water retention etc. I prefer start of day to weigh, my end of day weight can't properly compare given that I aim to stay well hydrated, and water as well as the dinner/lunch in our stomachs add pounds.
