213.2lbs 27bmi on scale. Up a bit but no big deal, seems to be a bit of a pattern before a good loss so, I've added more dumbells into the routine on mon,tues,wed in addition to the 100 pushup program. I'm on week 6 but there is no way I'm making it on 100 in a row, lol. I'm doing crunches on Tuesdays and am going to start my elliptical on Sunday for sun, tues, thurs.
