I can finally say I've lost 30 pounds! Woohoo!!!!!
Things to work on....
1. drink more water
2. alcohol isn't worth the setback!
82.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.4 kg a Week

That's awesome! I can't wait til I hit the 30lb mark. Why did you switch from Atkins? Do you find WW easier to follow?

Thank you! I needed Atkins to remind me how to stay eating mostly all natural whole foods. I use to do WW but didn't like that they encouraged diet foods made with unhealthy unnatural ingredients. But Atkins is hard to do long term. So when WW changed their view to more healthy natural whole foods I was happy to jump back on board because I can loose weight and have more food options than Atkins. You are almost at the 30 pounds! Keep up the great work!
