It is vegetarian. I just throw everything in the pot lol. I used 2 tablespoons of a smoky BBQ sauce that added great flavor
Tons of tomatoes
Carrots
Celery
I clove of garlic
Mushrooms
Black beans
Mixed beans
Spinach
It ends up a little different every time
