It’s been 100 days and I’ve lost 13 pounds. Had a 2 1/2 week vacation and managed not to gain anything because we were very active, stayed away from snacks, and were careful with our restaurant meals and alcohol. Also had a short, but extremely mild bout of Covid when I returned that limited my access to classes.
Have returned to my weight loss plan for the last couple of weeks and today I’m trying a regular Yoga class, instead of the chair yoga I’ve been doing. Fall brings lots of opportunities for getting out and cleaning up the yard a couple of days a week.
Fall also brings lots of new vegetables…I’ve got spaghetti squash, delicata and butternut to use in the next couple of weeks, plus lots of apples and fresh cranberries.
