This was a rough week. I got sick so i spent an entire day off the meal plan because i could only keep down soup and Ginger ale. Then it took me a couple days to retrain myself back on the plan. I am back on track now and will work hard to stick with it.
123.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 50.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
