October summary: started the month at 162 currently 156. The plan is to go 500 calories a day for 20 days (bf comes back from trip in 21 days). Today is Day 2. I am prepping food today and will eat pretty much the same protein every day this week with different veggie combinations. I am going to use protein powder for snacks to help with feeling full. I will probably add a carb day each week, which follows a cutting diet weight trainers use for weight lifters. Idk maybe that's just an out for not sticking to a hard schedule. Lost 6 pounds in the last 20 days. Planning on hitting 140's before Thanksgiving then.
