Meal #1: Pork mince with veg, on zucchini spaghetti. About 230cals. I love having a spiraliser, cheaper in the long run than buying zucchini spaghetti from the supermarket IMHO.

Thanks heaps for the comments! Pork mince seems cheaper than beef mince most of the time, and its ssooooo good! From 500g I can get about 6 meals. Very moorish though. 💚

If you ever want to change it up a bit, turkey mince is low fat and super high in protein... Love your spiralised zucchini... I'm afraid I am too slow at that type of prep. While I'm working, I buy a lot of salads and veg pre shredded or pre spiralled (?? Lol)...
