No weight loss this week but suffered constipation so it may be there next week.
I did eat a serving of no sugar chocolate with sugar alcohols before bed and had a small bowel movement this am so I seem to been moving in the right direction again.
After doing alot of reading yesterday I think the constipation may have been caused by a few days of too little raw veggies in my diet. It was cold here again and I was basically making hot salads in some broth. I think I was doing well on the other areas (liquid intake, fiber and not too much dairy)
Looking for a better week this week!
