Patience has never been one of my strong points. I am trying not to wreck my metabolism by starving myself, again, and focus on healing my body but when you are over 100 pounds over weight the weight its self puts pressure on me! Anyway, yesterday was another day sugar free and I can focus on today.Today is the end of week 3 and I am down 10 pounds and that is amazing!

Good job! And good for you to recognize that temporarily starving yourself isn't the right solution. It's a great way to set off binging. Sustainable loss is the key! Time-limited crash diets don't work as well long term as permanent, healthy changes, even if it's hard to be patient. Keep going. You got this 👍

10 pounds is teriffic. My Doc has me shooting for 4 pounds a month. I keep thinking "Ican do this"
