As I suspected last week, Saturdays are going to be my heaviest point of the week. Knowing this is important, because for a split second when I saw the number, I went into guily/defeatist mode, and *almost* started to spiral. But then I remembered Saturday weigh ins are the heaviest, and congratulated myself on sticking to my plan, and I kept going. FU cognitive distortions! 💪 💚

Yep, I've learnt to accept I can go up a kg over the weekend. You can't stop living life! The trend line is what to watch 🙂

So true SpiceHorn! Still happy with my overall downward trajectory, this is a marathon not a sprint, and for me too much restriction always backfires, and so if I want something I'll have it...in moderation. 💚
