Kubis 100g wortel 100g buncis 30g jagung 50g telur 1biji rolled oat blender jadi tepung.. Bumbui bawang merah bawang putih bubuk gtm penyedap.. Aku suka pedas aku potong2 cabe campur semua aduk2.. Goreng di treflon tanpa minyak.. Treflonku g lengket.. Kalau takut lengket olesin minyak sikit sj.. Panggang siap makan 😁😁 buat sarapan atau cemilan enak juga...aku bikin smlm ganti mkn malamku
