Another pound down! Only 3 more pounds until I return to "Onederland!" I am very excited about that. Between working at the hospital and working here at home, I haven't even had time to log all of my foods either. Just been trying to stick with the plan and shooting for 10,000 steps per day on my pedometer. Somettimes I am short on my steps and those days I have a lighter supper. Seems to be working. Whatever it is, I'll take it. My husband was away yesterday evening so I got to watch "The Voice" and have a relaxing night to myself. It didn't last really long though. I was in bed by 9:30! Talk about tired. I must be getting old. I never even heard him return home from Des Moines. He must have snuch in! Today we are going to pour fly spray on the cattle and get them weighed. Then I am off to see the quilt display at the county fair. It hsould be a nice day off! Enjoy!
