This stuck me as interesting, I mean A TON of things strike me as interesting, like 2 flies on the first warm day of the year, or why there is a flock of seagulls in central Illinois, but this one is actually pertinent to my fellow destroyers of fat. The Latin phrase "Satis est" which is the basis for the word satisfied means "that's enough". It doesn't mean happy, full, content, etc. It means enough, stop, no more. It doesn't mean eat until you feel full, just until you've had enough to keep you going. Sorry, random I know. Feel free to spit that out now that you've chewed on it.
