Keeping in points - maybe 1 over. Hope to lose 1.5 again - of course, hoping will not get me there. So: exercise. Oh, I am thinking about it but I can't get excited about it. It has been so hot - and my work car has no AC! Are those good excuses?

Good job with your points! I feel the same way about the exercise thing! I don't know what it is but lately I just don't seem to want to do it. BUT ... I have been wanting to rollerblade and play volleyball ... so today I rollerbladed with my kids to the park and while they were playing I rollerbladed around it and then I scheduled a picnic volleyball party with some friends for tomorrow night! Try doing some activities that you consider fun but work calories off too.
