It's bee FOREVER since I've had Prime Rib. There used to be a Steak & Ale that had excellent prime rib, but it went out of business years ago. Usually now, I get Filet Mignon. After seeing this picture, though, I'm going to be on the lookout for prime rib next time I go to a steakhouse!
