I had a Groupon for an awesome wine deal, and I couldn't turn it down. My four bottles came in yesterday and since I don't remember the last time I had a glass of wine, I had to have one with my movie last night. Broke the challenge and added an extra 150 calories or so. Eugh.

I'm doing a yoga makeup class tonight and then hopefully going for a hard run through the neighborhood after the class. I need it, but it all depends on the weather. Leftover cake and wine have made it so I haven't had any calorie loss this week, really. Vegas is coming! I need to look good! ARGH.

Having a glass of wine is sometimes necessary after a long day. Don't beat yourself up over it. If you drink white wine, I can recommend mixing it with club soda to save calories and still get some flavor. If you drink red (like I usually do) I don't have many suggestions in that department! Just relax and enjoy. Don't beat yourself up over it.

Those Groupons will get you every time! You got wine at a good deal, you might as well enjoy it ;) Enjoy yoga tonight! Hopefully the weather will hold for your run too

I'm beating myself up over it because I had two days of near RDI in a row. :( It was totaly the birthday cake. Without it, I would have been at like, 1000 calories each of those days! And I got a GREAT deal on that wine: $25 for $75 of wine, tax and shipping! You can't go to the store and buy 4 bottles of decent stuff for $25, let alone have it delivered to your door! :D
