Boleh spill resep dietnya KA?

Kalo di saya resepnya sarapan oatmeal/roti gandum/roti tawar (pakai selai dikit banget setengah sendok), makan besar nasi 75gr(3-5 sendok), sayuran (wajib), dan protein (biasanya telur/tahu/tempe yg murce), kurangin minyak2an dan gula, pokoknya tau batas porsian kita. Minum air minimal 2liter (wajib). Pas awal-awal workout tiap hari pake Emi Wong/Pamela Reif tapi skg udah jarang hehe Tipsnya enjoy gausah dirasakan kalo lg diet hehe
