Doctor said I need to try and eat from all food groups. So went on his recommended diet of 1200 cal. per day. Hope I succeed. I could use some prayer's.

I'm currently on 1300-1500 a day! I feel ya buddy! Try good grains like quinoa! eat more veggies and lean meat. I feel like the food pyramid is broken, Veggies and fruit first, then meats, dairy then lastly grains. Best of luck! Try checking out some of my food journal if you can, but not todays....because I cheated with macdonalds.....

Well, prayers do not work that well with/for me :-) a little discipline will do it. Keep starch away (carbs) and out of your diet. Doctors, most of the time repeat what is safe for them to say. No real commitment, if they are not nutritionists. All the good luck in the world, Itri. I am sending you my best, most optimistic vibrations :-) You can do it!

defo with you on the carbs mine went up over past 2/3 days...bloated, trapped wind!! bleurgh. back down to 40gs today just a nice level for me. good luck Itry58 we're all with you
