Handa : Tau kebutuhan kalori BMR & Tdee, untuk fatloss makan di kalori defisit, makro mikro di perhatikan ( Protein min 1,5xBB, gula ga melebihi 50gr, sodium ga melebihi 2400mg), air minum min 2L, olahraga rutin, tidur cukup 7-8 jam, lakukan dengan konsisten & happy 😊
