I'm not eating enough. Most times I mentally cannot bring myself to eat anything more than a few bites of food, because I'm scared of gaining more weight. I know it's not healthy, but it's my "normal" for now. I'm thinking of adding a multivitamin to help my body out with the current drop in nutrients from limited eating. I typically work like this: I go from one eating extreme to another. I either eat a large amount of food, lots of fats and sugars, or I can't bring myself (mentally) to eat hardly at all. I can't convince myself to find a happy, healthy medium. But I'm working on it. Beautiful day today, by the way.
