I have finally hit 300. From the spreadsheet, I am right on target, but the last month has been a slow crawl. No a plateau, yet, but definitely slowing. I note that after Estrella I stopped doing my century drill. That's 15 minutes of good martial arts practice. I think I will hold the line on food intake and start to increase activity.

Even small amounts of beef are still causing me grief. Avoid it entirely.

Goals:
Walk at lunch 5 days a week.
Take the boys out in the evening 4 days a week.
Go to one Fighting practice a week.
Do the century drill.
Spend 10 minutes on footwork drills and any not sword and shield practice.
Daily stretching and egoscue.
Devise a new pushup and crunch challenge.
Set up the weight bench.
136.1 kg Lost so far: 30.8 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
