Still hanging out around my goal weight. Ranging from 187 to 193 on my daily weigh-ins. I'm not sure what's causing this water fluctuation. I'm still not eating high-glycemic carbs. However, this low-protein diet that my Nephrologist has me on does, by necessity, include more carbs in general. It also can lead to muscle wasting, which, I'm trying diligently to avoid.
