Entering my second week I was a little hesitant to see how well my body has adjusted. I must say my body does feel better, and I am capable of doing things that I was not able to do before. Simple things like putting on a pair of pants. My body is becoming more flexible and my breathing skills are adjusting. This week we are starting to meet 3 times a week. Monday Wednesday and Friday. This morning was rough, but I know it will get better.
