You guys... this hits all the right notes in me-land... it's gonna become a regular, I can tell. I like spinach, but I didn't need it here... not really... Maybe olives, though...

4real... so good. I halved the recipe and then only ate half of what I made, so it was less than 500 calories.

Oh Yah --- that is really nice - I need to get a stove. Actually I do have a stove but need some propane in little green bottles then I am going to make your recipe here - that looks nummy.
