Well, apparently, I weighed 253 for 5 minutes. I was up yesterday and today, which seems impossible. I haven't binged for a week, walkedca mile yesterday. I even skipped the popcorn when I went to a movie yesterday. it's so frustrating to be good about food and exercise only to step on the scale and see backward movement. Maybe I will yo-yo between 253 and 255 like I did before in the 260 range. I did manage a full night's sleep, which I was doubtful of, as D comes to town today!
114.8 kg Lost so far: 20.2 kg.    Still to go: 37.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hormones sometimes change weight or salt from popcorn 🤷‍♀️ Popcorn is better than my go-to snack of sweets

Your body will fluctuate daily. The only way to almost avoid this is to have the exact intake and output every single day (same food/drink/energy expenditure) and you would have to be a machine to do that. Therefore, you need to get on the scale each day, record that weight for 7 days, add them up and divide by 7. That final number should be what you are really concerned with.
