Well, apparently, I weighed 253 for 5 minutes. I was up yesterday and today, which seems impossible. I haven't binged for a week, walkedca mile yesterday. I even skipped the popcorn when I went to a movie yesterday. it's so frustrating to be good about food and exercise only to step on the scale and see backward movement. Maybe I will yo-yo between 253 and 255 like I did before in the 260 range. I did manage a full night's sleep, which I was doubtful of, as D comes to town today!
