I started my diet last Monday (13th). My cousin is motivating me to do better, and begin a whole new life style for the better. It took me too long to realize how bad off I had become, but I am confident that I will succeed with the Prism Diet. My beginning weight was 361, and in the first week I had lost 14lbs. That made me so happy, but I do not want to mess anything up. I am exercising twice a day for five days a week. My goal is to remain drinking lots of water, and stay active. I hope to be down to 267 by September. that's alot of weight in a little time, but If i even reach 287 by then I will be a happy person. Of course, I am trying to refuse to eat out. That is my weakness and what had helped me reach the condition I am in now.
