I hit my first milestone! 40(.5) pounds lost. 87 to go. I am just over 1/3 there. I started 3 months ago. if I maintain that same speed of loss, I should reach my goal weight in 9 more months. Whew. now that that seems a m little daunting. My big goal right now is to shed just 2 more pounds in 6 days. I would actually like to be 250 by the 17th, but D is going to here this coming Monday, and we will be dining out two meals a day for 2 1/2 days. I will be lucky to maintain. I will settle for staying at 255 for my flight. Finally, for the first time in 10 years, I won't need a seat belt extender! It is so humiliating to ask for one.
