My previous weight (349lbs) was done at the doctors office on 9/26/22 w/ clothes & shoes on. My current weight at home no clothes/ shoes done in the morning was 341lbs so I’m going to start with that weigh in.😀
154.7 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Always use same scale, same time of day and same clothing to compare. Also, scales can still be off by 2%. You want to take daily weight, add them up and then divide by 7 to get weekly average for more accuracy. My weekly average gets calculated on Mondays and that's my official weight for the week.

This is a great app keeping the diary and adding up the calories has helped me tremendously I’ve been on this journey since 1/7/21 this time I have been totally determined to live healthier , you can do it too , so much inspiration and encouragement from FS family and great meal ideas!
