Aaah it feels good to be back on the decline! Thank you to people on here advising me that my gain could be through not eating enough and it seems increasing calorie intake has worked! Absolutely over the moon! Have a great week all, don’t let them pesky gains deter you!

Well done, thats awesome. Glad you are feeling good about your progress. I know it's really hard but I try not to focus solely on the scales. Taking regular selfies gives me a better idea of how I'm progressing.
