Dairy Queen was my downfall today. I tried to drive by but it was soooo hot and I really wanted that darn cone. CRAP! I did eat a sensible supper so I'll start again tomorrow.
Falling off the wagon here.
Prayers needed.

Sherillynn, that often happens after a vacation. The funny thing is, I almost gave in to the same temptation...hubby was with me and told me it wasn't worth it, and if I really wanted some ice cream to go to Wally World and get some CarbSmart...I didn't but we did get chinese takeout...still well within my alloted carbs, but really, really good!! Not ice cream, but good! Lol...I will be praying for you Sherillynn, but I also know that you are strong and will be just fine! Have a great weekend.
