No loss this week.
Thinking I may not be eating enough regularly each day. Need to find out a bit more about the fasting how often and when. I like to eat something before I go to bed but that probably isn’t helping
Can’t be disappointed too much I did loose 3kg in 3weeks. That goal of under 70 will wait till next week hopefully
68 kg Lost so far: 26.5 kg.    Still to go: 10 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
