Going to my parents camp after work today for the weekend/father's day. I have been at a plateau on my weight loss for 2 weeks, and leaving Atkins to go to WW has given me a 3 pound gain! I am counting on that it is water as my rings are not easily coming off my fingers when they normaly twirl around my finger.
I have been loose with salt as a condiment, and had a ham dinner last night. I plan on watching my sodium intake better and hoping that and settling into WW another week will show positive results.
My exercise schedule has been excellent and resistance training bumped up, so that also could be changing my weight for a short while. We will see.
I am still eating a healthy low carb diet.

hey doozy - I'm thinking of making the switch myself. How hard has it been? I'm thinking the biggest obstacle is going to be keeping the fat in check since with atkins we loaded it on? Any helpful input? I haven't made the switch yet, just on here getting advice right now.

I didn't realize till after I wrote a LONG response to your post that you probably posted in my journal haha!(so check out my response and tell me what you think.) Also, to the question about fats. YES that is the one thing I have to keep reminding myself is now to keep having healthy fats but MEASURING. Other than that because we have trained ourselves to already eat healthy on Atkins, I find WW easy and rewarding. I will keep you posted if I loose any weight. OH, and that 3 pounds gain was just water, by the time I peed a few times and got on the scale I was my original weight again! So now to see how long it takes my body to loose weight. Keep me posted on you too!
