Feeling much better except for the bloat..Had a couple of martini's last night and paying the price today.Already had 32 oz. of water and will be drinking a lot more.Weigh in tomorrow so I really need it. Won 2 more games last night at Bocci so that puts us back in first place I think. Going to plan my meals for today and eat what I plan. have a great day friends. nonna
