I OFFICIALLY LOVE WEIGHT WATCHERS.

last night i had 5 points left over so me and a friend decided to get something sweet (within points for me) and rent out dvds, on the way to ASDA (wal mart) we decided seeing as it is friday a little drink wouldnt hurt us so we bought some vodka and diet lemonade.

i had two little WW sundaes which came to a total of 3.5 points and two glasses of VnL and thought grr im definitly going to have put on weight in the morning. did i?

NO!!!

when i weighed myself this morning the scale read 173! I am so happy it is unbelievable especially since i have only worked out once so far this week. until today.

Today i am going to the new gym which is an hour away by bus(but barely any time when im at work) to have the induction and be given a program i am excited i love gyms so i can't wait to get started .

I have decided to stick to my instant green tea because it tastes nice :P also i have bought some 0 point jelly and wanted to ask WW people what they thought of it?

EDIT: also this morning i was feeling quite blocked up and heavy but then just now i managed to go (sorry for the details) and i thought well i will just weigh myself just in case because if i hadn't felt heavy this morning it might have changed the scale and it seems to have done. it said 172 and i was thinking well which one do i count it as? also if it can change so much then how do we know it is accurate enough?

Ha Ha... I have had that happen too. I still usually go with the first weight, even though the 2nd weight is always better. ;-)

Count it! You earned it! I think it's more accurate to "eliminate" before you weigh-in. After all, it isn't a part of you, LOL.

Depending on how much liquor you put in your drinks, you may not have actually gone over your points. However, I don't want to burst your bubble, but keep in mind that alcohol dehydrates you, so your loss may have just been water weight. Keep yourself hydrated! It will help... with everything... including the plumbing. Lol.

hey starla yeah I counted the Vodka in the end just slightly over but the weight has stayed the same today so still a loss which im pleased about. yeah im trying to have at least 8 glasses a day :)

I always wondered if WW had a point system for booze. :P Congrats on the loss. You're doing great so far, so keep it up!
