Last week was a total bust. What I thought to be a routine office visit on Monday turned into vaccine palooza. Okay, only 2, but I try to only get vaccines on Fridays, as my post cancer immune system reacts hard. I barely got through the workdays, and was useless during the evening. Also, my arm had such a reaction that the entirety of my upper arm was swollen and extremely sore. It’s still sore. Anyway, when I’m in a lot of pain, I eat. I’m not even sure what I ate most days, but I can assure you it was junky and easy, and plentiful. Doc has assured me that she will not to that again! I am back on track, and enjoying my usual, healthy fare, but I am starving today for some reason. I’m trying to ignore it, but I might very well be going over my calorie goal today. I haven’t yet figured out if it’s actual hunger, or my body just saying “hey, you usually eat more when I feel like this”. 🤷🏼♀️
We’ll see. It’s cerogood to be back in control, though.
