@dinaisra1 iya, kalau makan kue2 yg atau roti kalori tinggi tapi minim protein, mending makan nasi n ayam, plus lalapan, karbo dapat, protein tinggi, serat ada, walaupun ada minyak tapi tinggal kontrol kalori harian 🤭🤭🤭🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
