Morti, thanks! I don't really want to lose any more weight. I'd like to improve muscle tone in legs.

Hahah 😆 🤣 😂 no it stands for over the bars it's a mountain biking reference for a bad crash when you flip over the handle bars lol . I never planned to be apart of this community so I didn't really think the name would ever make a Difference

Oh, I understand over the bars too... there are no mountains on Lond Island, but I've still hit the slightly-raised curb at the wrong angle and tore myself up...

🤣yeah I use to live on Long Island in Miller Place deffintly no mountains we use to ride our bikes and go sledding in all the water drainage pits because it was the only hill to be found haha

You get to eat more to maintain! That’s nice! I’ve enjoyed my maintenance period and I can always lower my calories if need be. It took me 10 months to reach maintenance so I was ready. Lol
My calculator said my maintenance is 1900 but I generally eat anywhere from 1600 - 1800.
I did 1500 c for months, so it’s been nice to have a little wiggle room.
Good luck to you!!

If you want to improve muscle tone, I’ve watched many nutritionists say 1 g of protein per pounds in goal weight. So for ex, if you want to weigh 115 you need 115 G protein daily.

Hey guys! Thank you for the words of encouragement and congratulations!! I have been redirecting some of my focus towards work lately. And so I apologize for the radio silence. But I really appreciate everyone's thoughtfulness. ❤️

StormsGirl, thank you for the great advice! You know, I was thinking something similar in that, my RDI is higher but I will try to low ball it. My only concern is calories are like money. The more you have the more you spend... u know?
