As of yesterday I started the Beachbody "21 Day Fix Extreme" program with my wife. She's been doing it for about a week longer than I have and it's been great for her so I decided to join. I was doing P90X3 so wanted to try something different. I had taken a break for about a month from the day-to-day routine and, wow, I can feel it. They're not kidding when they say it's "extreme". It's not so much the exercises, since I've done them all before, but the pacing and single-minded focus on working specific body parts is pretty killer. Don't get me wrong, I love it. Here's hoping the 21 days brings some results!
