has any one on here done fasting with one meal a day? and how much did you loose, but also how did you feel?

Hi! It does not work for everybody. Some people loose weight on OMAD, I never did. You have to find what works for you. Fasting from an early supper(latest 19:00) to late afternoon works for me. And then a small lunch at 13:00 means a 18:6 fast for me. I really struggle to loose weight. This schedule means my weight stays stable at least. I do deviate on weekends.
