Hey there...Discouragement comes through at times but maybe try looking at how many centimeters you might have lost and also try increasing your water intake if it's been on the low side. The scale isn't everything but rather how your clothes feel and how you feel overall. As you keep at it, there will be mistakes that you make but just keep going and you'll find out what works for you.
Also look at if you're getting enough calories to properly nourish your body even if you're in a deficit.
These are just some of the things that have helped me on my journey. Hope it helps you too.

Try a kickstart diet like the 30 day diet. There is a support group on FB. It will help a lot just go get the initial weightloss going and awesome support on that SA FB group.

Katz I'm on herbalife. and lost 12kg in 3 mths. with being diabetic and cholesterol. just started fatsecret today! we can motivate each other!

hey. i personally think that loosing wet the right way( not picking it up again) takes very long.diets work fast but isn't sustainable.lifestyle change will get you there slowly but surely. i recommend you watch loosing weight without loosing your mind by Doug Lyle. he explains healthy sustainable weightloss.totally changed my life.

remember when you exercise you build muscle mass so take your CM's instead. keep it up, you've got this
