Oh I'm feeling so good again. Back to healthy green kale shakes for two meals and then I had a potato lined quiche I've been eating otherwise. Yesterday I did meke some lemon cake and it was fantabulous but I think I stayed under my calories. I also had a dark choco square and popcorn for our movie, The Judge, very good. So feeling good. Walked another 3 yesterday bringing my total up to 36.5 miles out of 100 in week 5 of 12. All good. I like the challenges that just sort of applaud you instead of making your feel guilty.
