I want to say Happy Monday FS but it's Tuesday. I hope everyone enjoyed their Memorial Day weekend. I feel as though I wasted it since I slept all day Sunday and couldn't get motivated to go outside. I guess I needed the sleep since I stayed up until 2am on Saturday watching a movie at home. I missed out on the $3 movie day in the theatres. Poor planning on my part.
The weekend seems like a blur. I cant remember exactly what I did Saturday, Sunday - slept and Monday I climbed. I hate when I cant remember what I did. It's like amnesia for one day.
Food-wise I think I'm mentally adjusting and accepting that I cant eat as I use to. I did this before... adjust my food lost 15 then gained back 10 in this past year because I went back to eating whatever. I know what my body needs to eat to stay where I want it to be but I resisted. I need to embrace the 50s and reduce my sugar addiction and my cheese needs. I also noticed that I need to exercise everyday even if its just a little to keep my metabolism up. Definitely, the eating before 6pm is also a thing. Ugh... I feel like so many rules when I write it down. I hope eventually it will become a no brainer.

I get it. Self-discipline looks nutty to others, but once we've made it a daily habit, it just flows. I like your attack plan. 👍🏻

It was a great weekend, but it was actually Labor Day, not Memorial Day...LOL

@TX I don’t know why I confuse the two all the time. Today I kept saying Valentine’s Day instead of thanksgiving when I was asking my boss for time off 🤦🏽♀️

It will get easier. Take it one day at a time, one choice at a time.

P$M, you're not alone in mixing the 2 up. My husband does the same.
I just remember that Memorial day is the start of summer & Labor day means the end of summer, back to work. It works! 😄
