semangat senin, semangat IF+defkal lagi..
kalo IF 18-20an jam itu,jam makan ku dari sore kemalem,perut gk muat makan banyaklah apalagi nek udah ngantuk,
jadi kalo dirasa asupan protein kurang,bisalah diakalain pakai wpi ginian,,yuk bisa yuk ngiri pelan2.
