Results from my MRI show cartlidge loss. At this point i wish it was something more simple like a torn meniscus, surgery, PT, then carry on... NOPE. Seeing Orthopedic specialist Thursday. i began logging food again today after 3 week break..😅 need to exercise, my stress is raising. My older son is wearing me out. (hes going to be screened for high functioning autism soon) meanwhile im trying to baby my knee until i know more, no pain means DONT DO MORE im learning. I push myself too hard when i feel no pain.
