Good to be back after a 3 week break that was caused due to my inability to pay for my internet bills. The good news is that i havent stopped on my determination to eat healthy. Today leaves me with a 2kg drop in my weight. Yipeeeee
67.5 kg Lost so far: 12.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
